Doing Business with STL

Sales: All sales to non-account customers are payable C.O.D., Visa/Mastercard(sorry, we do not accept American Express), or personal/company check (upon approval). All checks over $100.00 are verified prior to acceptance. Deposits may be required on special orders.

Open Accounts: Customers may apply for open account status by completing our standard Credit Application. Open Account privileges are subject to payment/credit history, and may be revoked at any time.

Purchase Orders: Written Purchase Orders are accepted from all open account customers, education and government entities.

Discounts: STL offers various sales pricing discounts, usually based upon quantity or volume of sales. Ask your Sales Representative for details.

Warranty: Our products are sold with standard manufacturers’ warranties; terms and conditions may vary according to manufacturer.

Refunds/Returns: Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund (full or partial), store credit, or exchange, if unsuitable due to manufacturer defect. All returns are subject to approval, and may result in a restocking charge.

Shipping: STL will gladly ship your purchased items to your home or business for a modest fee to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Please understand that time-sensitive or expedited shipments require special handling, and will result in higher shipping charges. High-valued shipments that exceed standard shipper’s damage or loss liability may require additional insurance coverage, at an additional cost to the receiving party.

Damages: We will gladly assist in remedying damages that occur as a result of shipping, provided that we are notified of damages to merchandise within 5 days of receipt.
